Amarabelle partners with leading international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who collaborate with local couriers to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

All orders will be charged at checkout, and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

We typically require 2-5 business days to process and prepare your order before it reaches our carrier's sort facility. During peak periods, such as major holidays, or for popular items with stock availability issues, processing may take longer (up to 10 days).

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make changes, including address modifications. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we will only ship to that address.

We operate on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates, depending on the locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.

Please note that it may take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If more than 5 business days have passed and there is still no update on your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by country or region. Although specific delivery dates cannot be provided or guaranteed, here are our estimated delivery times for your reference:

United States: 7-14 business days

Canada, Europe: 10-14 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 5-10 business days

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Amarabelle cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Amarabelle has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Amarabelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please report the issue and/or file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that we use timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. We may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately, and we are unable to make changes to the address. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

Return Policy

Amarabelle will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item has no visible signs of damage.

All original packaging is intact.

Any signs of damage will void the Amarabelle guarantee.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. We do not accept returns on intimate apparel (under-garments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) along with your order number.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

If your item is valued at over $115, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for refunds to be processed by financial institutions. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at hello@amarabelleshop.com so we can investigate further.

Gifts

For returning items received as gifts, please follow the instructions above. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at hello@amarabelleshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If the damage is not reported within this 48-hour window, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
