Return Policy

Amarabelle will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item has no visible signs of damage.

All original packaging is intact.

Any signs of damage will void the Amarabelle guarantee.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. We do not accept returns on intimate apparel (under-garments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) along with your order number.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

If your item is valued at over $115, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for refunds to be processed by financial institutions. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at hello@amarabelleshop.com so we can investigate further.

Gifts

For returning items received as gifts, please follow the instructions above. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at hello@amarabelleshop.com within 48 hours  of delivery.

If the damage is not reported within this 48-hour window, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
